Aloha, Namaskar and Hello!
Welcome to my work on climate change issues: research and teaching through videos, writings & publications. I work mostly at the global level, following the climate change negotiations under the United Nations. While my day job is with the State of Hawaii, this site is my own, and views and content are mine, and are in no way endorsed by the State of Hawaii.
Acknowledgments: This work was done in conjunction with my affiliations with Washington University in St. Louis and the East-West Center in Honolulu, but the views expressed here are my own. I thank these institutions for their support. I also acknowledge the support of the following for my attendance at the UNFCCC COP meetings:
-Beloit College’s Miller Upton Forum (COP23 in Bonn, Germany 2017);
-Global Environment and Energy in the 21st Century (COP22 in Marrakech, Morocco, 2016);
-Washington University in St Louis (COP 21 in Paris, France 2015; COP20 in Lima, Peru 2014; and the Intersessional in Bonn, Germany 2015).
